As the Virgin Mary showed her the medal, she spoke, saying “All who wear them will receive great graces.” The back features an “M”, surmounted by a cross, with two hearts and 12 stars. The front features these words around it: “O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to thee.“
