This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Conditions (“Terms”) and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms policy
Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer worldwide shipping. Free standard shipping is valid on international orders.
Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. For more information please refer to our Terms.
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:
- United States: 5-20 Business days
- Canada, Europe: 5-20 Business days
- Australia, New Zealand: 8-30 Business days
- Mexico, Central America, South America: 10-30 Business days
*This doesn’t include our 2-5 day processing time.
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Please note that we usually package our products within 48 hours of orders received during business hours. During busy times of the year, it may take an additional day or two for a product to ship.
